Hey, my name is Paul Sebo, I started the T2 Health Coach business in the lockdown of 2020. Having worked as a one-on-one personal trainer for 20 years the lockdown was a great opportunity for me to take my experience and deliver my skills online.

In those years I’ve worked with lots of different people but I’ve always got the most pleasure helping people get rid of those unwanted inches especially those awkward bulges known as Middle Aged Spread around your mid-section. When we start to shred this area remarkable things start to follow. Other areas then start becoming leaner and you start to feel fitter and healthier.

I get great satisfaction listening to my clients tell me that they have to keep making new holes in their belts, or listening to them complain that they have to buy new clothes, lol. Watching their self esteem sky rocket as well as seeing the physical changes makes me feel very happy and proud.

How do I get you in shape?

On our premium programs I always do a initial evaluation with you so that I can meet you at your level. It’s important that we are on the same page from Day 1.

I put a lot of preparation and thought into each person I work with. I like to feel that I know you personally and get a feel of what your GOALS are and WHY there important to you.

I then create a 12 week program that will deliver some brilliant RESULTS to you… BUT I do need your commitment. If you follow my lead and allow me to coach you for the 12 weeks then we cannot fail. My systems are fool proof. However if you don’t commit and work with me it won’t work – if you commit to the program we will achieve an incredible transformation.

I personally put together all your WORKOUTS which you can do at home without any equipment. If you do have some equipment let me know as I may well use it with you. As you get fitter, leaner, and stronger I will change and adjust your workouts accordingly as I want us to keep on progressing.

I specifically have some great routines that focus on your Abs, core, and mid-section which I can personalise for all abilities which really hit the spot.

I know many people hate to even think about the word DIET, but I would be a rubbish coach if I just brushed over it. It’s no secret that nobody enjoys going on a diet as it means we have to go without the things we enjoy. However I try and put together nutritional plans with a lot of choice and variety so that you still enjoy your meals.

Working on your diet and exercise is great but we also have to look at your LIFESTYLE to complete the puzzle. I define lifestyle as the way you choose to live your life. This covers how active or sedentary you are, your hobbies, habits, sleep, social circles etc.

As part of my 12 programs I like to identify any barriers or self sabotaging behaviours that we could work on together. We can also track habits, introduce new healthy ones and track your results.

I get a lot of feedback from clients saying how much they enjoyed their program and love their results. Some are happy to go it alone whilst others want to keep the momentum going.

This enables us to keep working together plus you receive new fresh content, whilst I keep assessing and progressing you over time towards your new goals.
